How to Web Check-in on Alliance Air (Website)
- Open allianceair.in/check-in
- Enter your PNR (6 characters) and lead passenger's last name
- Click Continue — flight + seat map loads
- Select your seat — free seats highlighted; emergency-row seats ₹400-₹600
- Click Confirm Check-in
- Download PDF boarding pass or save QR to phone
How to Web Check-in on Alliance Air (App)
- Open the Alliance Air app (iOS + Android, free)
- Login with booking email/phone
- Tap Web Check-in — your upcoming flight appears
- Select seats → tap Check-in
- Mobile boarding pass with QR appears — save to wallet / phone gallery
Note: the Alliance Air app has more limited functionality than the website. For complex bookings (special meals, wheelchair, infant), the website is the more reliable path.

The ATR 72 cabin is configured 2-2 (single aisle, 18 rows). All seats are economy with a single class. The aircraft has no business class or premium economy.
DigiYatra at Alliance Air Airports
DigiYatra is supported at all Alliance Air hub airports — Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM), Kolkata (CCU), Bengaluru (BLR), Hyderabad (HYD), Chennai (MAA). For smaller UDAN airports (Aizawl, Lilabari, Cooch Behar, Tezpur, Pakyong), DigiYatra is being progressively rolled out — most are still operating traditional ID + boarding-pass checks.
To use DigiYatra with Alliance Air: complete web check-in, then on the DigiYatra app tap 'Add Boarding Pass' and scan your Alliance Air PDF/QR. Use DigiYatra lanes at supported airports — no need to show physical ID or boarding pass at security/gate.
Alliance Air Counter Check-in Fees
If you skip web check-in and check in at the airport counter, Alliance Air charges ₹250 per passenger on routes where web check-in was available. Counter check-in is free if:
- Special service request (wheelchair, unaccompanied minor, infant)
- Web check-in failed for a system-side reason
- The flight is from a remote UDAN airport where web check-in isn't yet enabled (rare — check via the app)
Web Check-in for Alliance Air UDAN Routes
UDAN routes (Aizawl, Lilabari, Pakyong, Cooch Behar, Bhuntar/Kullu, Pantnagar, etc.) support web check-in via allianceair.in and the app. Some very small airports (population <100K) may require additional terminal-side identity verification — your web check-in still saves time but you'll need to show ID at security as normal.
