HF Exclusive fares

A special fare on selected flights, available through HappyFares. Its full conditions are shown before you pay.

In short

  • You cannot cancel or change it yourself.
  • If you cancel or do not fly, only the government taxes and airport charges are refunded.
  • If the airline cancels or significantly changes the flight, you can choose another flight or a refund, as on any fare.

Before you fly

  • Your name shows on the airline's website about 12 to 24 hours before departure. Web check-in opens once it shows.
  • Wheelchair or other help: ask here, ideally 48 hours before departure.
  • A name or title fix, or an infant: send the request at least 48 hours before departure. The airline decides.
