Correct a name on a ticket

Tell us the name as it is on the ticket and as it is on the ID. We ask the airline whether it can be corrected and what it costs.

    What happens next

    2. We ask the airline whether the correction is allowed and what it costs.
    3. We make it once you agree, or tell you the other choices.

    Good to know

    • Whether a correction is possible, and its cost, depends on the airline (Booking Terms, section 6).
    • Most airlines do not let you change the traveller to a different person; then the booking has to be cancelled and a new one made.
    • Tell us as soon as you spot the mistake.
