Claim a refund

If you cancelled with the airline, or did not fly, tell us and we claim what the airline owes you.

    What happens next
    1. You see a request number at once.
    2. We claim the refund from the airline.
    3. We pay you within 7 working days of the airline refunding us, and tell you when we have paid.

    Good to know

    • Telling us within 48 hours helps us claim your refund quickly, but your right to the refund does not end after 48 hours (Booking Terms, section 8).
    • If you did not travel, the government taxes and airport charges are still refundable (Booking Terms, section 11).
