Akasa DOMESTIC cancellation is charged per passenger per sector, as whichever is LOWER of the fee or 100% of your base fare. Saver costs ₹3,999 at 72 hours or more before departure and ₹4,999 inside 72 hours; Flexi costs ₹2,499 at 24 hours or more and ₹3,499 in the 4 to 24 hour window. Inside 4 hours of departure BOTH brands forfeit 100% of the airfare, so there is no partial refund however flexible your fare. There is no fee if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and departure is at least 7 days away. Akasa treats you as a no-show if you fail to check in 60 minutes before departure or do not reach the gate in time, and a no-show forfeits the airfare with only statutory airport charges refundable. Refunds reach the original payment method within 7 working days. International cancellation uses a separate, higher Ex-India table.
