- Enter your PNR (6 characters) and lead passenger's last name
- Click Continue — the seat map loads
- Select your seat — free seats highlighted green; preferred seats (front rows) ₹200-₹400
- Click Confirm Check-in
- Download PDF boarding pass or save the QR to your phone gallery

- Open the Star Air app (iOS + Android, free)
- Login with your booking email/phone
- Tap Web Check-in — your upcoming flight appears

Star Air Counter Check-in Fees
If you skip web check-in and check in at the airport counter, Star Air charges ₹200 per passenger on routes where web check-in was available. Counter check-in is free only for special-service-request bookings (wheelchair, unaccompanied minor) or if web check-in failed for a system-side reason.
