General Cancellation & Reschedule Notes

Scoot fares (Basic/Value/Flex/ScootPlus) are non-refundable for a change of mind, and Scoot's paid "Cancel Your Trip" voucher add-on is NOT sold for India routes — so for Indian flyers a Scoot ticket is effectively non-refundable. A cash refund to your original card arises only if Scoot cancels or significantly retimes (2+ hours) the flight; medical/compassionate cancellations are refunded as Scoot Travel Vouchers (valid 12 months).
