The Total Amount you paid for your Air ticket includes various components such as discounts, promo code discounts (if applicable), convenience fees (if any), and SSR Amount (for services like seat selection, meals, extra baggage, etc.).
When you cancel your ticket, your refund amount will be calculated as follows:
Total Amount Paid by you for the air ticket less Cancellation fee, happyfares fee & Convenience fee.
Please note that some airlines may not refund the SSR amount. Additionally,any amount paid for insurance or extra add-ons, such as refund protection, Check-In Buddy, flight plus, AeroMessanger, etc., is non-refundable. These charges are separate from the airfare component and remain non-refundable due to the specific terms and conditions set by the respective service providers. We strive to provide transparency and ensure that you are aware of which charges are eligible for a refund and which are not.
